Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.
Five years clinical experience required, preferably at least one year in pediatrics.
Minimum 6 months experience providing maintenance dialysis and minimum 6 months experience in maintenance dialysis supervision/administration.
Knowledge of professional nursing theory & practice; knowledge of management theory and change process.
Previous management experience.
Active registered nurse licensure for Delaware, Registered Nurse Licensure or the ability to obtain one prior to start date.
Current AHA Healthcare Provider (HCP) Certification required.
