Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service from receive to release of their vehicles.
Perform customer service duties, i.
e.
answering the phone, scheduling service appointments, and reaching out to customers, via phone or text, to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up.
A firm understanding of automotive parts, products, and repairs, along with the experience of outsourcing such parts to complete repair estimates.
Translate customer reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
Ability to communicate complicated automotive process to customer who may only have basic automotive knowledge.
Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools for ordering necessary parts from suppliers.
Proficiency in Mitchell is a preferred.
Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process customers completed invoices and facilitating receipt of payments in our point of sale system.
