KEY RESULT AREAS/DELIVERABLES The job holder is responsible for balancing the need to adhere to routine HR Processes with providing timely first line face-to-face support.
Based at the New Castle site, to deliver and improve recurring HR activities.
Deliver routine employee lifecycle HR administration and documentation.
Maintain HR Information System Ensure compliance with standards.
Provide HR Support - including assisting with the recruitment process, supporting positive employee relations and policy interpretation.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The job role involves 4 core
Responsibilities:
Supporting commercially viable HR practices; Provide effective and efficient business driven HR support; Advance business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives; Lead co-workers to success.
The responsibilities associated with each are outlined below.
Support of commercially viable HR practices Maintain and utilise HR Information System to manage and capture data, allow analysis and provide accurate extraction of information in timely fashion Ensure accuracy of HR and Payroll Data, Generate and Process employee documentation through full employment lifecycle Maintain strong record management practices in all areas, particularly employee files, job descriptions, training documentation Support implementation of a robust and integrated training records system that evidences employee competence Maintain and continuously improve systems to ensure compliance with formal audited standards such as ISO and FF Corporation Provide effective and efficient business driven HR support Support development of HR data and trend analysis Proactively administer pre-employment checks, absence data, PTO usage, service awards, promotions, terminations, exit processes, org charts, addressing issues appropriately Maintain employee services such as LOA and benefits through 3rd party or HLUS organizations.
Support recruitment and restructuring processes and campaigns Deal with all matters confidentially and with discretion Advance business performance in relation to the organization's objectives Provide support to continuous improvement of performance management system Continuous improvement of Talent infrastructure including on boarding, development planning, exit management Supporting benchmarking of HR practice, taking opportunities for improvement Lead co-workers to success Forge collaborative relationships with HR colleagues, the site and wider FUJIFILM Provide credible guidance and interventions which are followed by the business Act as an ambassador supporting the organisational values and goals from within the business Embed the core values of the business in policies, procedures, communications and activities Give clear direction and set expectation for employee interventions Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
EXPERIENCE An experienced HR Representative with a track record of supporting business goals.
Comfortable with detail and with a focus on creating structure, order and evidence while retaining the vision of the overall strategy.
Charismatic and approachable with the ability to flex their style to suit situational requirements, can communicate effectively across a range of groups while retaining authority as a functional expert.
Bachelor's degree, along with 2-4 years of related HR experience HR system and data management experience Track record of supporting achievement of externally audited standards Experience supporting effective HR guidance.
Current working knowledge of US employment law Experience supporting line managers Demonstrated ability to successfully balance response to ad hoc HR queries against the constraints of regular activities and support to long term projects Previous accountability for meeting standards and achieving targets Experience in a manufacturing organization KNOW-HOW AND CAPABILITY Has a strong capacity to attend to the detail ensuring completion and consistency Balances an effective approach to task and project completion with flexibility to respond to changing priorities and adapt appropriately continuing to achieve targets and deadlines Seeks support appropriately, continuous learning Self-aware, emotionally controlled, copes well under pressure, and demonstrates high levels of emotional intelligence Exercises sound judgement with clear logic, consistent and fair approach Exceptional personal drive and enjoys meeting stretching goals and overcoming challenges Charismatic, positive and enthusiastic with a propensity for action and an ability to lead towards achievement of overall company goals from within the group Analytically adept and an effective problem solver, identifying the root cause, combined with ability to communicate succinctly and effectively Strong HR, legal and commercial comprehension balanced with ability to take account of the sensitivity for the individual, group and business Highly effective communication skills, both externally and internally, potential to develop as a strong influencer and negotiator.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
