Job Description:
The Customer Service Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to collision customers on the phone and in person, throughout the repair process, and provide administrative support to the daily operations of the Collision Center.
Responsibilities:
Provide the initial customer reception and greeting to shop customers.
Assist with customer inquiries and customer complaints as assigned Initiate completion of Customer documents by obtaining information from the customer over the phone as required by the customer.
Assist Team Members in audits for completion of job cost, allocation of labor, supplements to bill, etc.
Schedule and verify all customer rental car pick-ups and returns with rental car company.
Interact with all levels of shop team members, corporate management, and vendors.
Convert estimates to repair orders in shop management system for new vehicles arriving by downloading and scheduling appointments for estimates at least twice a day.
Process all DRP assignments according to the insurance DRP guidelines.
Accept, process, and record all cash, check and credit card payments according to collision procedure in the shop management system.
Other projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements and
Experience:
Team Oriented Superior customer service skills Excelling communication skill or high attention to detail Ability to multitask and assess customer needs (whether on phone or in person) using the appropriate company scripts and procedures.
May be required to attend various approved training outside the repair center.
