To fulfill the needs of business development, we are hiring an experienced Warehouse Inventory Management Associate to join our warehouse in New Castle, DE (Zip Code 19720).
Key
Responsibilities:
Maximize the warehouse shelf space utilization by planning and continuous improvement on the warehouse layout.
Secure, organize, and clean warehouse space and equipment when necessary.
Manage, monitor inventory by sorting and organizing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support and coordinate with the upstream and downstream task force from inbound, grounding, to outbound to achieve high-quality output.
Safeguard warehouse inventory and operation by establishing and monitoring monthly and quarterly inventory check procedures.
Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to coordinate with upstream and downstream workflow to ensure the accuracy of inventory management efficiently.
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently or 50lbs
with the assistance of another warehouse staff.
Ability to understand and consistently apply all policies and procedures.
Ability to manage inventory and process new shipments using inventory management software.
