Service BDC Representative
The role of a Service Business Development Representative is to increase the service traffic of the dealership by handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and producing solid and specific appointments for the service department.
BDC Representative
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.
Logging customer details and comments in our system.
Scheduling appointments and following up with any no show customers.
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
Skills:
Highly motived Good time management skills Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals Outstanding communication skills Professional work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills Call center experience helpful, but not required
