We specialize in systems that provide power for 24-volt vehicles and aircraft.
The Turbo Start(TM) portable ground power systems, the MPU (Micro Power Unit) aviation battery systems and our Cobra(TM) series of connectors and cables are our primary systems.
Our manufacturing company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Job Functions and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with current and potential customers Participate in sales planning, marketing plans, and the execution of sales Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller Take customer orders and coordinate customer equipment that is being sent in for repair Create shipping labels, bill of lading, and airway bills to ship products to vendors and customers Will answer customer quote requests with a formal quote Answer telephone, fax, and email inquiries form customers and vendors regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical background with a basic understanding of power conversions and its applications with automotive and/or aviation equipment highly desired Ability to learn, comprehend, apply, and present portable ground power equipment to customers Ability to work both individually and as a team Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or a minimum of 5 years Customer Service experience required.
