Modern office setting Growth opportunities Duties - Greet and welcome customers and vendors to the office and showroom - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Profit 21 - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Assist with scheduling duties, accounts receivable and accounts payable and collecting payments - Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate with accounting and service department to ensure smooth work flow and efficient office operations - Perform general office tasks, including filing, e-mailing and scanning documents - Assist with office management duties as needed Qualifications - Previous experience working in a service oriented office or similar front desk role is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and fluent with Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and staff - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of mechanical terminology and procedures is a plus Job Type:
