Legal Contracts Administrator (Remote)

A biopharmaceutical company in Delaware is currently seeking a new Legal Contracts Administrator for a promising Remote opportunity with their team.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:
Oversee the contract management database for clinical contracts (data input and export) and updating information in various Excel trackers Review and file emails in central email inbox; organize and file contracts in OnePoint (SharePoint) Prepare final execution versions of contracts and amendments Manage and track the execution process of a high volume of clinical contracts from preparation to execution (usually through DocuSign) Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of relevant work experience Bachelor's Degree Working knowledge of Adobe Microsoft Excel proficient Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills:
Clinical Trial experience Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry Recommended Skills Adobe Attention To Detail Clinical Trials Clinical Works Communication Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
