Summary:
CAI is hiring! CAI is seeking a Program Manager for a Health Services client of ours.
This is an on-site opportunity.
Our client is based in Newark, DE.
CAI is seeking an experienced Program Manager.
This is a client facing position, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative.
This position will support a dynamic team environment by collaborating with other departments, team and workgroup members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage a team of management analysts that support the Medicaid Program with indexing, prioritizing and dispatching Medicaid cases.
Deploy the necessary resources to support the business and ensure the correct staffing level are in place to support the departments workload.
Collect, analyze and evaluate program data, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Randomly audit 10 Medicaid approved and declined cases each month.
Perform scanning and indexing.
Maintain monthly metrics by resource and for the overall program.
Lead status calls, training events & support requests.
Provides resolution of issues and monitors integration of work Drive positive results in Customer Experience through timely response and professional interaction.
Manage a team of resources staff augmentation resources supporting the clients.
Meet with the staff augmentation resources and the managers of the areas supported to ensure expectations are met, and to help with any additional services.
Provide consistency in communications with the customer to effectively manage expectations.
Function as a business liaison between CAI clients, balancing the needs of the client and CAI business in a way that drives a mutually agreed upon successful outcome.
Work with the other departments to ensure lessons learned and program improvement ideas are implemented.
Audits work area for security compliance Performs other duties as required.
QualificationsEducation and
Experience:
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Organizational and Project management skills Personnel or team environment management and development Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees Prioritize client experience over other metrics.
Handles escalations as needed.
Responsible for ensuring client needs are met.
Motivate, mentor and provide feedback to staff and help establish and maintain career development.
Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards.
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor.
Recommended Skills Auditing Communication Customer Experience Indexer Interpersonal Communications Medicaid Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
