This role will be an integral part of document coordination, verification and filing for multiple departments in our Northern Region of Dealerships.

Filing Accounts Payable records and Deal folders for the Accounting Offices as instructed Proper organization and filing of Repair Orders for the Service Departments Document coordination of Invoices for the Parts Departments Travel between various local dealerships and training with various Department Managers on proper filing of records Follow Company, State and Federal Guidelines for all document filing and also for purging of old records Other administrative duties as deemed necessary by management Automotive Filing Clerk / Document Processor
Qualifications:
Fast learner with high organization and established, detailed records keeping skills Ability to work and communicate with multiple Department Managers High-level interpersonal skills with proven filing and administrative successes A trustworthy individual with high work ethic when dealing with confidential information.
High School Diploma or GED required 'Offers of employment are conditional.
Candidates must successfully complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
