Salary:
$120,000 - $140,000 per yearA bit about us:
We provide planning, design, and construction administration phase services for projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Specifically, we provide architecture; urban and land planning; civil site, water, wastewater, coastal, and structural engineering; landscape architecture; homebuilder; and surveying services for a variety of projects including commercial, retail, office, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings; residential communities; business and industrial parks; and recreational projects.
We also provide infrastructure design for public works projects.

This position is responsible for hands-on design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting.
Candidates should have experience in private land development, including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in storm water management (SWM).
Utility work experience, i.

, laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc.
is a plus.
