Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A specialty healthcare network in Delaware is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a promising opportunity with their Dermatology team in Wilmington.

Responsibilities:
The Dermatology NP / PA will:

  • Perform skin exams to check for any abnormalities, including moles, rashes, and other skin conditions
  • Diagnose skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer
  • Develop treatment plans that may involve prescribing medications, recommending over-the-counter products, or performing procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
  • Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and ways to prevent skin conditions from occurring or worsening.
  • Document patient visits, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Stay up-to-date with new research, treatments, and technologies in the field of dermatology by attending conferences, workshops, and other continuing education opportunities.
  • Perform other duties, as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
  • NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure
  • Board Certified
  • Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
  • Patient oriented
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
