Qualifications:
Ability to simultaneously manage several vendor software systems.
Understand basic architecture of each vendor software systems.
Assume responsibility for the installation, upgrade, administration, documentation, customization and testing of individual software systems as well as provide level 2 end user support.
Communicate with software vendors to facilitate upgrades and troubleshoot problems related to vendor software.
Do basic troubleshooting of Network issues related to vendor software.
Understand any integration and interrelationships with other software systems.
Understand the business needs that the software satisfies and how end users make use of the software

Previous support of mission critical applications.
Required / Desired Skills
Manage Vendor Software/Systems (Required 3 Years)
Understanding basic architecture of each vendor software systems (Required 3 Years)
Installing, upgrading, managing, documenting, customizing and testing of individual software systems (Required 3 Years)
Troubleshooting of Network issues (Required 3 Years)
