Management Business Solutions is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer for a client in New Castle, Delaware. This individual will be the eLearning expert for the organization and interact with other training professionals while holding overall responsibility for the design and development of eLearning training solutions, including content, graphics, and interactive development software tools.
Provide support for the design, development, and implementation of eLearning strategies and curricula
Coordinate with content developers, instructional designers, instructors, subject matter experts, and curriculum developers to provide best-in-class training solutions
Act as a key liaison between business clients and training groups
Communicate with all levels of the organization on a regular basis
Oversee the integration of eLearning courses with the organizations Learning Management System and ensure compliance with SCORM standards; utilize knowledge of Javascript to assist team members with the integration
Review and edit team members work to maintain instructional integrity and assure consistency and tone of multiple-module curricula with multiple writers
Rapidly modernize existing courses and develop new courses through templates and matrices
Evaluate completed eLearning courses to identify areas of design growth and increased functionality to maintain user engagement
Oversee training needs analysis and make recommendations for instructional and non-instructional solutions
Manage project plans and create statements of work
Prepare cohesive, in-depth, design documents and project plans for large scale initiatives
Act as a resource for the Training Network to ensure continuity of message and standardization of product design
Bachelors degree in a related field required; advanced degree and certification in advanced instructional technologies preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in training delivery in a corporate environment and systematic approaches to eLearning development required
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including 2 years of experience in large-scale curriculum development using project management tools and techniques
Knowledge of copyright laws, rules, and regulations and ADA standards required
High level of expertise with SCORM standards and JavaScript
Mastery of eLearning development skills with tools such as Adobe Authorware, SnagIt, Adobe Flash, and Photoshop and advanced knowledge of various operating systems, file structures, file formats, and protocols
Proven expertise in matching design and methods with content, audience and business needs with experience as an internal consultant or managing clients
High level proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Microsoft Project

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
